JENLUCA ASSEMBLING ELECTRICAL LLC has been created based on many years of experience in the telecom industry. Due to passion and commitment in offering high quality products to our customers we had to stop sourcing particular products from China. After many attempts in moving factories on a monthly basis we have decided to invest in opening the first manufacturing plant in Dubai, UAE. We are the only manufacturing hub in the Middle East and Africa to offer a number of product lines with quality and warranty support to your doorstep.
Over last few years we have been dealing with many factories based in China. Our partnerships with them have always ended up in loss only from our side, due to bad quality of products supplied in every order. We tried to control the issue with endless visits to China but we still received bad quality products due to low quality procedures and lack of QC (Quality Control) tests when we are not there. Keeping that in mind after months of research we have managed to understand where the Chinese factories where making the mistakes and to make the difference we had to implement a number of company policies and procedures to execute diagnostic testing more frequently throughout the assembling process. Each cable we produce goes through 3 separate tests during every stage of assembling process.
