Etihad Credit Insurance Company

ECI is the United Arab Emirates' national credit insurance agency, as a result of an initiative by the UAE Federal Government in late 2017, mandated to secure national export credit, and support the export and re-export of UAE goods, works, services, and the foreign investments of the UAE companies, through the provision of a range of export credit, financing and investment insurance products. This project formed one of several measures drawn up to accelerate and sustain National Economic Diversification and Development.

Federal Customs Authority

The FCA was established in 2003. Its main roles are to deal with customs affairs in the UAE, and responsible for customs policymaking along with preparing unified legislations for organizing customs work and anti-customs smuggling and fraud. Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology

Established in July 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) aims to boost the UAE’s industrial sector and increase its contribution to the GDP. The Office of the Minister of State for Advanced Technology, the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) and the Industry sector in the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure have been merged into the structure of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology since then, and all authorities, responsibilities and duties have been transferred to the newly founded Ministry.
MoIAT develops laws and policies to establish a world-class industrial development framework to attract FDI and bright minds, enhance in-country value (ICV), foster entrepreneurship, create jobs, upskill local talent and boost exports of ‘Made in the Emirates.’ products.
From encouraging the establishment of industrial zones to building capacities in advanced technology, MoIAT accelerates industrial development to contribute to a diversified knowledge-based economy and achieve industrial self-sufficiency.
Also, Quality Infrastructure is considered a crucial component to the success of “Operation 300 Billion”, as the entire system falls under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, upon the integration of the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology within the Ministry's structure.

Export Bahrain

Export Bahrain is the Kingdom’s first dedicated platform and the national export development and internationalization support arm of Bahrain that was launched in November 2018, under the purview of the SME Development Board as part of a national effort to support SME business expansion and international growth. The National Trade Development and Promotion Organization of Zimbabwe – ZimTrade

The National Trade Development and Promotion Organization of Zimbabwe is the national trade development and promotion organisation in Zimbabwe, being a unique joint venture partnership between the private sector and the Government of Zimbabwe, established in 1991.  ZimTrade’s prime function is to facilitate and catalyse the development of viable and sustainable export trade through the timely provision of up-to-date and relevant trade intelligence, trade policy advocacy, capacity building initiatives as well as export development and promotion services.

The French Trade & Investment Agency - Business France

Business France is the national agency supporting the international development of the French economy, responsible for fostering export growth by French businesses, as well as promoting and facilitating international investment in France.

It promotes France’s companies, business image and nationwide attractiveness as an investment location, and also runs the VIE international internship program.

Founded on January 1, 2015 through a merger between UBIFRANCE and the Invest in France Agency, Business France has 1,500 personnel, both in France and in 70 countries throughout the world, who work with a network of public- and private-sector partners.

 

New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE)

New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) is a government economic development and trade promotion agency.  It offers strategic advice, access to networks and influencers, research and market intelligence, and targeted financial support to help businesses on their international journey and works to promote and support the growth of New Zealand business overseas.

 

Institute for Export & Investment Promotion (Pro Ecuador)

PRO ECUADOR is the official organization for trade and investment promotion of the Republic of Ecuador, responsible of fostering Ecuadorian exports and foreign investment. The organization is adjunct to the Ecuadorian Ministry of International Trade and it operates with the aim of enhancing the competitiveness of the country as a preferred trading and investment partner. PRO ECUADOR has 30 Overseas Trade Offices, focusing on research, trading and international business.

PRO ECUADOR aims to open new markets for Ecuadorian products, identifying market opportunities, buyers, entry market requirements, and participation in trade promotion events such as international exhibitions, trade missions and business conferences.

 

Australian Trade Commission - AUSTRADE

The Australian Trade Commission – Austrade – is the Australian Government's trade, investment and education promotion agency. Through a network of offices in over 50 countries, Austrade assists Australian companies to grow their international business, attracts productive foreign direct investment into Australia and promotes Australia's education sector internationally.

 

The German Emirati Joint Council for Industry (AHK)

The German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK) was founded in May 2009 and fully integrated the German Industry & Commerce Office which had already existed for 10 years in Dubai and for 5 years in Abu Dhabi at that time. The AHK is the first bilateral federal business organization as well as the first international institution on federal level which has been founded in the Gulf.
In addition to its role as the official representation of the German Industry & Commerce on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany, AHK offers a range of activities such as business intelligence and consulting services for market entry, sourcing for business partnerships as well as trade fairs participation in the UAE and Germany. As a membership organization, AHK functions as an effective information and networking platform to support bilateral business relations through regular get-togethers, special events, committees and working groups. Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (Kotra)

KOTRA was established in 1962 to bolster the Korean economy through trade and has since travelled alongside Korea on its journey of economic growth. In the 1960s and 70s, KOTRA developed overseas markets and in doing so served as a driving force in increasing Korea's exports. In the 1980s, KOTRA led efforts to achieve economic diplomacy in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
