After graduating from Vatel hospitality school in France and working for Gordon Ramsay (Claridge's) and Michel Roux Jr (Le Gavroche) in London, I founded a specialized food importer start-up in U.K. providing hotels, restaurants, and markets with delicatessen from Provence - South of France. Moving to UAE bring a new challenge to me, Gourmet House is the perfect fit, with the project of developing sales with chefs of hotels and restaurants.
