Free Market Briefings and Dubai Visit Information:
Through the DE Buyer program, potential investors & buyers can request Dubai Visit information through Dubai Exports HQ (info@dedc.gov.ae) in Dubai or through its representative offices, currently in Brazil, Germany, Egypt, Russia, India and KSA
Such Market briefings may also be given to Buyers registered with Dubai Exports on arrival to Dubai.
Support & Referrals for Export Oriented Investment Enquiries:
Dubai Exports, being a facilitator for trade and business in Dubai also receives and assist in enquiries regarding investing (especially for export) in Dubai. Whether it is enquiries on costs or statistics of doing business/investing or arranging meetings with Free Zones or Dubai government departments, DE can assist in this regard.
Once again, all such facilitation is free where no direct costs need to be incurred by Dubai Exports. We are partners with the investment bodies in Dubai and a window to such assistance.
Registered Buyers apart from having their (Chosen) information listed on our website can also avail of information on buying opportunities and matchmaking with our exporters. Dubai Exports will facilitate communication and business between global buyers and Dubai-UAE businesses and follow up on business opportunities by providing relevant information/market intelligence.

From time to time, Dubai Exports arranges inward sourcing missions from selected countries to attend special events/exhibitions in Dubai. The DE representative office in countries (where applicable) will inform stakeholders of the Mission details and facilitation that will be available while sitting in their home country. Our country representatives will facilitate wherever possible Dubai visits, whether through a formal DE Mission or even for individual visits. Pre-visit coordination with customers in Dubai are coordinated with the DE head office in Dubai to ensure optimum use of time during the visit. Meetings can be arranged with customers, selected government entities apart from information and facilitation of accommodation and travel to Dubai.
On a case-case basis, visas can be assisted with, for buyers who visit Dubai to finalize deals with Dubai based businesses.

Accompanied Site/Exporter/ Dubai Business Cluster Visits:
Once registered, buyers or investors that arrive in Dubai (after relevant briefing sessions at Dubai Exports Overseas Trade offices), can be accompanied by representatives of Dubai Exports to their business destinations, whether Dubai's companies, government bodies or Free Zone and business clusters to facilitate the business in Dubai.
Free Follow up and coordination with Dubai's Exporters:
Even after completion of the inward mission and /or visits by individual businesses to Dubai, representatives at Dubai Exports will follow up on business or DE partner discussions carried out during your visit and provide updates regarding the same.
Export Resource Centre:
The Dubai Exports Resource Centre (ERC) is a facility spread over nearly 4,500 sq. feet comprising of an Exhibition Area, Library and B2B meeting rooms. The ERC is accessible to registered buyers to view and have access to information on Dubai's products and businesses as well as a venue for B2B meetings. Other facilities for registered buyers include:

Buyer Registration
The criteria for admission and use of this program include the following:
The Buyer shall be qualified by either Dubai Exports or any of its offices worldwide, DE Official Partners or a third parties hired under contract by DE to recruit buyers
The Buyer shall have a legal operating business in a country trading with Dubai.
The Buyer shall be registered by Dubai Exports under the Buyer Program Registration (Click Here) or email buyer.program@dedc.gov.ae, by providing updated company and contact information with a copy of their license and /or registration with the relevant Authority in the home country.
